Parking
We are located on the corner of King St. and West St. The driveway is on West St. Turn in at the Homestead apartment sign and park at the back of the house. Align your vehicle so it is pointing towards the lake so we may accommodate up to 8 vehicles.
Enter to your Apartment
Upon entry, removing your footwear is appreciated and you can feel the grandeur of the living room and parlor. Proceed up the stairs to your second floor apartment and make yourself at home.
Safety
You have fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors in addition to the alarm system which is connected to the fire department.
Kingston has a noise by-law from 9pm - 7am.
No persons who are not on the guest manifest are permitted to enter the building in accordance with fire code and by-law.
